Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned with the protective hygiene liner fully intact and unaltered
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, tanning products, lotions, stains, odors, pet hair, and other signs of wear
  • Returned in its original packaging when possible

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the protective hygiene liner has been removed, damaged, or altered.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email hello@alouraswim.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send merchandise back before receiving them.

There is no restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original tags
  • Items with a removed or altered hygiene liner
  • Worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered merchandise

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return the eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, email hello@alouraswim.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
